Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Picknori ("the app"), made by the Picknori team ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with these terms; if they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Using the app

• The app helps you organize, clean up and decorate photos in your own library. You're responsible for the content in your library and for what you choose to share.
• Changes to your library happen only after you confirm them. Please review before confirming, especially deletions. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in Photos, where they can usually be recovered for about 30 days.
• Suggestions (album names, groups, "possibly blurry", similar photos, writing from Apple Intelligence) are generated automatically and may be wrong. Check them before relying on them.

Picknori Premium

• Some features require Premium, offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: eligible new subscribers get 3 days free. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the monthly or yearly plan you chose is then charged and renews automatically. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from the app (Settings › Premium › Manage Subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Restore Purchases in the app re-activates Premium on your other devices using the same Apple ID.

Your content

Your photos and anything you create in the app belong to you. We don't receive them and claim no rights to them.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law or to infringe others' rights, for example by sharing content you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including that the app will be error-free or that suggestions will be accurate. Keep backups of important photos (for example with iCloud Photos).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from actions you confirmed in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
